Biggeorge Fund Management hereby informs the visitors of the www.bgalapkezelo.hu website of the personal data it handles, its personal data practice, the organisational and technical measures taken for the protection of personal data and the rights of the data subjects.

Our data processing practice is based Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: “The Information Act”).

By registration on the website or submitting a request for an offer, you grant your consent to Biggeorge Fund Management to handle your submitted data for the purposes specified in this Policy.

Technical information sent by the visitor’s browsers while using the website will be stored in Server Log files.

Biggeorge Fund Management (registered address: 1023 Budapest, Lajos utca 28-32., Hungary) operates the www.bgalapkezelo.hu website and stores the data on a secure server. Data submitted by visitors will not be transmitted by Biggeorge Fund Management to third parties.

This data handling is registered with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information under Article 68 (6) of the Information Act under the following registration number: NAIH-97847/2016, for the purposes of registration on a website.

6. Rights of the data subjects

Visitors submitting data on the website shall be entitled to request information on their personal data handled by Biggeorge Fund Management; they can request their rectification, amendment, change or deletion at any time.

E-newsletters and other advertisements are sent by Biggeorge Fund Management using the info(at)bgalapkezelo(dot)hu e-mail address. Our clients are entitled to block further offers from being sent by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each offer. Please note that if you do not wish to receive any more e-newsletters, you have to unsubscribe with regard to every registered e-mail address.

Biggeorge Fund Management shall fulfill this request as soon as possible but within 15 days after submission at the latest.

7. Remedy

In the event of a suspected infringement regarding the handling of their personal data, visitors can make a submission to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or bring an action at the court competent based on their residence (usual residence).
